as an Elementary Education teacher in Minnesota and Massachusetts; and more specifically with inner-city student populations

served as Director of Education in a faith-based organization with supervision of over 120 workers and volunteers and 600

- Is considered a cultural
proficiency pioneer in the field of ABE/ESOL in Massachusetts
